How good to see how the people in Ely contribute to our city. I see in the local paper today that Ely Wildspace organised volunteers to pick litter from Roswell Pits and surrounding countryside. Apparently they picked up heaps of rubbish and helped keep this beauty spot looking beautiful. I really enjoy walking by Roswell Pits with my family and glad that people have given up their time to make it such a nice place to be.
It takes someone who takes pride and passion in where they live to have the guts...
